Default One note for business estimates and invoices

I'm looking to use OneNote on my laptop as well as my Android tablet so the information will be available when I'm in my home office or out in the field.

Is there a way to make a template that has fields like Name, address, email address, and phone number that would automatically populate when I create a new project?

A little more background. I do a drafting business where I meet with customers and provide estimates for making their homes their dream homes, adding mother-in-law apartments, adding bedrooms, and flipping houses.

I want to be able to use OneNote for a lot of these features, basically everything except the drawings themselves which I can print from Autocad to a .odf file and put them in the folder.

I want to be able to enter their name and other info and make a project file that will have an Estimate, Invoice, maybe some legal mumbo-jumbo and be able to just mail them the estimate before I even leave their property. I'd also like a notes page so I can write in certain details of what they're looking for.

Once a project is completed, I'd like to grab the whole thing and put it in it's own Finished Projects folder so I can use that as samples for my clients.

That doesn't seem like it's asking too much does it?

If you know of a template thats out there on the internet, let me know and I'll head over and check them out.

Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Just don't want the "You should be using ____ program to do this. OneNote should fill the need, just making it work for my situation.
