Hi Roadstir,

If you’re facing the problem with MS Outlook email client, then the above problem may occur due to corrupt navigation pane or if they are deleted accidentally.

Solution:

● Reset Navigation Pane. Follow these steps to do the same:

Click Start >> type Run in the search box to open Run command box
Under the Run box, type “Outlook.exe /resetnavpane” and hit the Enter key (it’ll open your Outlook automatically)

● If the above method doesn't work then may be your contacts got deleted by accidentally, check the Deleted Items folder and move them to the contacts folder.

● If you’re still not able to see the contacts then you can opt for “Address Book Recovery” tool that will easily recover your large contacts.

If you’re talking about Outlook.com account then first answer the following question and then proceed further accordingly.

Did you switched from hotmail to Outlook.com account? If this is the case then do these things:
start your Outlook >> click on People to see all the email addresses and phone numbers specified in your contact lists.

Or if they are deleted then use the following steps to recover them:
While you’re on the People page, under the menu bar, click Manage and then click Restore deleted contacts.
Click on Restore to restore selected contact next to each individual contact or click on Restore all to restore all the contacts at once.

Thanks & Regards
