Within Word I need to disable the spelling and grammar on a laptop for exam purposes. I have googled it and found a way to do it (click on the link below) but I was wondering if this is the only way it has to be done (under the Check spelling and grammar automaticallyheading) or if the actual Word Software has to be amended:
