My colleague is having an issue in which she moves her emails to personal folders, but the email is terminated (no longer in the Inbox, not in the folder she was moving it to or folders surrounding, and not in the deleted items box).

Any ideas on what may be causing these auto deletes to occur? Thank you!!!
