This recently started happening. It'll open Right up, but then there's a 15 second delay until it shows the Send / Receive.


I sure hope someone has a fix for this, or how I can start to diagnose the problem.



I use AVG but disabled the email scanner a few months ago, before this started happening. No other computer issues.


This is Outlook 2007 on a new Win 7 64 bit computer.

After the Outlook window opens, and before I see the Send / Receive, if I click on the window I get a Microsoft Outlook (Not Responding).
