Hi everybody,
I have tried to find out how I can build the following with Microsoft Visio:

It is all about a cross-functional flow chart, with two swimlanes which share the same process (or share the same task). Now I do not know how I can represent it using Visio.

Example: the two swimlanes are professor and secretary share the same process "Open a course".

Does anybody know here? it would be nice if someone would contact me and explained how it must be displayed in a cross-functional flow chart. If possible with pictures.
