Does anyone know how to turn off horizontal scrolling in Mac OS El Capitan (10.11.4)? In previous OS versions, you could choose only to have vertical scrolling. But that option seems to have gone. Scrolling down with 2 fingers makes the document dance all over the place. It's really annoying, and practically impossible to scroll down without it happening. Any suggestions in MS Office?
