You don't need a macro for this.

Try the following:

Select the range with your formulas.
Press Find&Select on the ribbon.
Press Replace.
In Find what field enter =.
In Replace field enter x.
Press Replace All and press OK to All done.

Press Replace.
In Find what field enter Sheet2!.
Leave the Replace field blank.
Press Replace All and press OK to All done.

Press Replace.
In Find what field enter x.
In Replace field enter =.
Press Replace All and press OK to All done.
Press Close.
