It does help if your 'Master' options and the 'Select Case' options are the same. For example, the 'Master' has as its first option 'Administration/Clerical/Secretarial' but the corresponding 'Select Case' option is 'Administration, Clerical or Secretarial'.

Beyond that, you might need to check the end user's macro-security settings; they should be set to 'Disable all macros with notification' (the second-highest setting).
