Thanks for that. I only had NET framework 4 installed by W10. However, downloading dotnetfx35.exe which is framework 3.5SP1 direct from microsoft, it will not install.
Doubling clicking exe and also run as administrator, or run in compatibility mode, I just get the blue circle (mouse pointer to circle) for a few seconds and nothing happens.
