We have a computer with touchscreen and would like to sign documents by using the pen tool.
The document is using filling in forms and is write protected so that the user can only sign in certain sections.
Even when using section breaks and having certain sections unprotected the pen tool is not active.
I have the impression that as soon as you put protection on a Word file, the pen tool turns into 'grey' modus and is no longer active.

has anyone encountered the same problem and more importantly, can anyone provide a solution?
