Default is it possible to replace a bullet with "1.09"?

hey MS Word Experts,

does anyone know of a way to create a bullet which is literally a two or three character phrase?
Ie:

1.09 Sample Text
1.09 More Sample Text
1.09 Still More Sample Text

My intention: I am going through very large quantities of recordings from a music recording session and have made large lists, a sample of which I have copied below. I’d be nice if I could replace those black-dot-bullets with actual text, like what i mentioned above “1.09” for example. I’ll spare you the additional thinking behind this, and just ask the main question again:

can i replace the black dots of a bullet, with a text which stays constant like “1.11” for example? (the first digit stands for 'recording session', the second for the 'take'.)

many thanks for your time!

Peter
