Put the word "continued" in the header row of the table, that is, in the first row.

With your selection point outside the header row, insert a borderless white shape that occludes the word "continued." That shape must be anchored outside the header row. It can be anchored outside the table itself.

When the table wraps onto another page, the occluding shape will not be duplicated and the word will appear.
