Outlook 2016 Opening Existing Open Documents and Email Attachments
I'm having a hard time describing what is happening. The only thing I know to do is give you the steps to try and duplicate my issue/annoyance....
1) Open a few Word or Excel documents
2) Open Outlook
3) Find and email with a Word and/or Excel attachment
4) Double click the attachment to open it
Here is where the problem occurs. It not only opens the attachment, it also opens one of the Word/Excel documents you have minimized. When you close the attachment to get back to your mail, you have to re-minimize whichever other document it opened.
So the question, why is it opening more than one document and how do I get it to only open the attachment? When I close the attachment it should go back to my open email.
