Question 1:
- Insert tab > Video > Video from File > browse to file > Insert
- with video file selected: Video Tools > Playback > Start: Automatically


Question 2:
Transitions tab > Advance Slide > uncheck On Mouse Click + check After: 00:00.00


Question 3:
with video file selected: Video Tools > Playback > Loop until Stopped
