Default Word blurry app screen when opening. Has anyone had this issue?
Whenever I launch Word or any MS Office 365 applications, the app screen becomes blurry and won't load. I need these applications for an upcoming project. I've attached screenshots of what I mean. I have no issues with any other software on my PC. Please help!

I've uninstalled and used CCleaner, and reinstalled with the same issue.

Stats:
-Using Windows 7
-Using MS office 2016 32bit. Had no issues with MS office 2013 32bit, but my license changed.
-Have previously successfully used MS Office 2013 on same hardware.

Has anyone had this same issue?
