There is nothing meaningful that can be recovered from that file. It evidently had at least 13 worksheets in it but now, with a file size of on 21kb, almost all of it is missing. This kind of corruption is common with files that have been opened & edited on USB sticks, then the USB sticks have been removed while the file is still open by the application or without 'safe' removal.

Time to get out your backups.
