Hello, I have a problem in Word to print a page with a colored background.

The page in question has a soft background with two colors, to the prepress see everything perfect, but then when it comes out the paper from the printer the two colors are repeated multiple times vertically on the paper as if it were a sheet instead divided into 5 or 6 sheets . In practice at printing the background me applies to parts of the page and not the entire page.

It 'a paper that I had printed correctly some time ago and which now makes me this trick. It also happens on different printers!

I tried to convert it to PDF, but it's the same.

Please help me
