Help! I have a bizarre problem with my hyperlinks! My document has a table of contents panel on each page, which you can use to click to any page in the document. When I convert my document from Word 2013 to a pdf, however, it keeps the hyperlinks, but in the pdf I can only click downwards through the table of contents, I can't jump back to a page higher up the contents - for example, I can jump to page 5 from pages 1, 2, 3 & 4, but I can't jump back to pages 1, 2, 3 or 4 from page 5, but I can jump forward to page 6 etc.

I have tried 'save as' and 'export to pdf', and both produce the same results. The hyperlinks work fine in the Word document, and I have also tried hyperlinking to headings and bookmarks to see if there was any difference, but there isn't.

I have never encountered this problem before and am getting very frustrated trying to fix it Any help would be massively appreciated!!
