Thanks, Macropod. I did some further looking around and eventually came across something that made me think it did have to do with the printer and driver. I uninstalled my printer and re-installed it, and everything went back to normal.

Later in the day I had issues with Silverlight; it had been working fine the last time it was needed. I decided it had to do with a Windows 10 update. There had been no other changes to my system.
