How content from Word (or any other application) gets rendered in an email is entirely dependent on how the email application you're using processes such content and, more importantly, how the receiver's email application processes such content. It is entirely out of Word's control. So, even if you were to get the content looking the same as it does in Word before sending it, you have no control at all over how it might be seen by the recipient. If you want to be sure something you send to someone else gets rendered, save it as a PDF and attach that to your email.
