MSN Money Central Stock Quote Query Glich
How to repair Excel MSN MoneyCentral Investor Stock Quote worksheet that formerly worked until one symbol changed; fixing the symbol did not fix the imploded worksheet. See Attached spreadsheet. The Highlighted green notes were used to construct the original spreadsheet.
I am not able to proceed from (3) in the instructions. If I click on the Data tab Connections select or enter “MSN MoneyCentral Investor Stock Quotes” then Properties Definitions where I can insert my symbols I am not able to complete the operation. A Script error message for line 14 occurs and the parameter list is described as “not supported or deprecated.” Sometimes a MSN default list pops up, but I am unable to import it!
I also would like to know if this web query is considered a VBA program or module? JP
