Thanks Paul. No I haven't done anything because I am concerned about losing the two expensive add ons I have in Word. I don't want to fix one problem and cause another which seems to happen with these software situations. I contacted both software companies where I bought the add ons and explained the situation and both companies said, of course they said, that it wasn't their software add ons that was causing my problems with Word. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.
