After having my computer reconfigured because of a fault with Window 10 I cannot uninstall Outlook 2016.
I believe the previous set up had a full version of Office 2016.
The main reason for this operation is so that I can install a 2013 version of Office 2013.
Could someone offer a solution.
What ever the problem the main objective is to load Office 2013.
MS does not seem to tolerate an existing element of the later version
