Emails found in a single folder, but not in all items
Recently at work some mailboxes were moved to Exchange 2013. When I look up an email in a specific folder, it is found, but when I pick search in all items, no records show up. I am using Outlook 2010.
The main mailbox is set to the cached exchange mode. No items are remaining to be indexed, according to Outlook.
What is the reason?
