My problem with MS office OUTLOOK 2010



I created a message with a file attached (a movie 7 Mo)



When i send this message OUTLOOK try to do it and after perhaps 1 minute it stop with a warning like « I can not send this message » and it try again and again
BUT the problem is in reality the message is gone and gone for each temptative and my correspondent receive 10 or 20 identical messages

Have you any idea about this problem and what do you suggest to solve it
