I have Office 2003 installed on my computer (running Vista). I plan to upgrade to 2010 soon. After I install the upgrade, I would like to give my Office 2003 software to a friend (running XP). Will I need to remove, transfer or deactivate anything from my computer in order for my friend to use the Product Key that came with the software?
