I've attached a web url for a screen grab. I have my word document in the middle, which is full screen. Reduced sized a pdf and a jpeg, for reference while I am editing my Word document. When i click on the word document the 2 smaller ones minimize automatcally until i click them in the bottom tray and they return to the location, as noted in the screen grab.
