Default Wishful thinking

What I'd like to see is a true MS Office document. It would have multiple tabs (like an Excel spreadsheet). One one tab you might have a Word doc and on the next tab an Excel spreadsheet and on a third a PowerPoint presentation. All in the one document. Is such a thing doable?
