The Encarta Dictionary no longer responds to the research requests from inside Word. If I go to the Encarta Dictionary website it works fine. If I go into search options it sometimes lets me update the online services but other times it times out. When I do a search against All Reference Books it’s very slow and only comes back with the Thesaurus and other books.
