It is not clear from your post whether you mean the IE window is not displaying in full, or the web page content is not displaying in full. If the problem is the former, you may need to reposition and/or resize the IE window; for the latter, what get's displayed depends on a host of factors, including how much content there is on the page, what the optimum screen format is for that page, your PC's display driver, your PC's screen resolution, your PC's IE zoom settings, and so on, so there is no one-stop fix for all possible problems.
