I have a strange problem with what was a working copy of Office 2010. I installed the trial and activated it using a key code I purchased. The Office programs had worked, but today when I try to open them I get a Downloading Microsoft Word 2010 (0%) window. It's a window from the application, not an explorer window. It remains stuck at (0%) and I cant access Word or the other apps.

Any ideas as to what the problem might be?
