Default Clearing find-replace options to default settings

It seems that word (2010) remembers the find-replace options, e.g. wild card, set from the last execution. Sometimes this could be helpful, especially when performing repetitive tasks, but at other times it interferes with new tasks.

Hence, I'd like to clear (e.g. unchecking the wild cards option) the past remnants of find-replace (ctrl+f or ctrl+h) options and set it to the default settings, whenever a find-replace session is completed.

Could it be done?
