Thanks everyone,

The issue is that the 3rd party Website that we are linking to takes forever to open if the http:// is included in the hyperlink. If it is removed, it opens immediately.

We had the same issue with WordPerfect, but that software allows for hyperlinks to have the http:// omitted.
