Hi Charles, thanks for the response. Unfortunately, when the file is opened in Safe Mode, it does exactly the same thing. In fact, it opens the file into Arial 12 again, for some strange reason.

I have no idea why it reverts to this each time. As I say, it doesn't on my version (2016)
