Hi, I need help to solve a problem and I hope you guys advise me such as every time.

When I want to add Macros to Quick Access Toolbar, I opt it from the list and can change its icon picture through Modify, but it often has not proper pictures. Is there another method to find a better icon picture; for example via painting or ...?
