In that case you'll need to either recover access to your former account - for which there should be an established process involving inputting the associated email address and answering some questions about it, or you'll need to contact MS Support for your region and see if they can re-set the product key association.
PS: I've deleted your image as it contains your product key - which any number of miscreants would like...
