To Delete a Template in OneNote:

- Go to*C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templ ates
- Open "My Templates.one" by double clicking on it.
- Delete the pages you don't need, as a result those templates will be removed from the "My Templates" drop down section. It may take a minute or so before the changes take effect.
- If you can't find the correct path, open Windows Explorer, select your "C:" drive, then in the upper right corner type in; "My Templates.one" (you can include the quotes or not) The search may take awhile so be patient.
