Renewing Office 365 Problem

Good evening,

Looking for some help, I am trying to renew Office 365 Personal. When I go onto Microsoft account, imput my key, then add my Country and Language is says I need to press to renew, when I do I get a blank screen (attached screen shot)

Anyone any ideas?
