This really doe sound like your system has acquired some serious corruption. I suggest using System Restore to restore it to the state it was before you did the uninstalling. You might then try uninstalling the unwanted apps one at a time, rebooting and confirming that everything still works OK before uninstalling the next one. Hopefully, everything will work fine that way - or at least you'll have identified the culprit and you can use System Restore to restore again to restore your system to the state it was before you did that uninstallation.
