I've used Outlook 2010 for many years. Since upgrading my system to Windows 10, Outlook now won't download pictures in email. I've gone to the trust center, and unchecked the box which forbids downloading pictures. That setting works until I exit Outlook. Once I call it in again, the setting in the trust center is back to not allowing the downloading of pictures.
