Default How to get the exact same space between specified text boxes or objects

I am creating a price list and would like it to appear uniform throughout.

However, I cannot find anywhere that I can specify an exact spacing between one text box (or object) and the next.

The only way I appear to be able to achieve a relatively uniform appearance, is to either do it by eye, or to sit with a plastic ruler pressed against the screen whilst nudging the text box to a desired distance from the one above.

Surely there should be a more accurate way to specify the vertical distance between text boxes?
I know there is the Layout Tab of the Format Text Box, however this only appears to specify a position from left or right Top Corner or from the Center of the page, which is not what I require.

Can anyone help me please
