In a simple document with 2 chapters, the second chapter begins on the seventh page of the document. I wanted that to be seen as 2-1. However, even though I have checked "Include Chapter Number" and entered Start at 1 rather than "Continue from previous section", it still says 2-7 on the first page of Chapter 2. Can anyone advise?
