If you downloaded a trial version of Office 2010 you most likely downloaded Home and Student which does not offer Outlook 2010, only Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Outlook 2010 is only included in Office 2010 Home and Business, Standard, Professional, and Professional Plus. You may also purchase Outlook 2010 by itself for a lower price if you would like.
