Default Autocomplete field with determined words

Hi,
I am typing some notes I have made after reading some scientific articles. I wanted to create some sort of field, in the begining of the document, that would automatically update in case I write some texts. For example:while I write my notes, I introduce the text [KEY: keywordhere]. Is it possible for Word to recognize that format and automatically update a field, at the begining of the document, and introduce the keyword?

I have been doing this by hand (after typing my notes, I search for "KEY" and copy all the text I want to the beginig of the document).

Thank you very much for your help
