Default Empty Fields in MS Word

Hi there

As part of my work, I use a range of template contracts for my clients. Normally, certain words in the template need to be substituted with information relevant to the client. So for example:

This Agreement, made on [DATE] between [EMPLOYEE] and [EMPLOYER]....

Recently, I was at a law firm who had some form of Add In/Macro which enabled them to quickly flick through all the terms in square brackets in the agreement. As I'm sure you will appreciate, it is perfectly possible for a term in square brackets to be missed when you are working with documents which may be 30, 40, or 50 pages long. Having some sort of system in place which could jump between tags would therefore be ideal.

One workaround would be to Control+F the word "[" but this feels rather clunky.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

George
