We are having issues with a 2013 PPT file. The file was created in 8.5 x 11 size, but needs to be re-sized for A4 for printing.

We can print to PDF and everything looks okay on screen and in the printed PDF. However, if we try to print directly from the PPT, text within the Notes section will look fine on screen, but become overlapping when printed. We can't figure out how text can look okay on screen but then print out incorrectly.

Is this a formatting issue or a printer issue?
