I downloaded a book manuscript template from the online MS Word web site into Word 2010.

At the top of the template, there are what look like fields.

Your Name about Number words
Street Address
City, ST ZIP Code
Phone Number
E-mail Address

How do I key values into these? Right clicking doesn't seem to show any choices for doing this.
