Hi everyone!

I use MS Word 2007 along with Windows 7 on my machine and there is one issue that really makes me sick - every time I change keyboard layout from Russian to US English or vice versa, using LAlt+LShift I can no longer type - letter shortcuts appear under every button in Microsoft Word and I have to manually click back into the text field so I can type again. It doesn't happen when I use RAlt+RShift, but I am just not accustomed to that. Is there any way I can get rid of that? The same is true for some other applications - e.g. Google Chrome Omnibox (except for no shortcuts appear).
