When i adjust print options to "pure black & white", and the printer options to "black ink only", printer prints colored background in powerpoint 2010 slides as gray.
Print preview appears perfectly as i want,with white background & black font.But,the hard copy doesn't match the print preview, has gray background.
note that all other print options as no. of slides /page & one or both sided match correctly.
Only the color doesn't match the preview
printer software is alright & the printer itself is working properly.
